* Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ GBP Sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payments by most major credit and debit cards using payment gateway Paypal checkout, which can be used for one-off card payment or you can pay by using your Paypal account.
*Delivery Information
We offer FREE delivery when you spend £25 or more, for all orders under £25 delivery costs just £1.95 per order. We aim to despatch all orders by Royal Mail within 24 hours and your parcel will arrive in 2-5 days. For your privacy all BeFlame parcels are sent in plain packaging with no indication of the contents.
*Returns Policy
At BeFlame we want you to be happy with our products and service. All products and orders are checked before despatching, however if you do receive any faulty or damaged goods and need to return an item you ordered then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it to inform us of your intent to return your order.
The item should then be received by us within 10 days. You must inform us by [email protected] or by filling "contact us" online form that you will be doing so and the reasons why, providing product details, customer name, order number and a description of the fault or damage and your preference for a refund or replacement.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned, and remains your responsibility for the item until it is received. Note, we will not cover the cost of you returning products. Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where appropriate.
Non faulty items, the products must be unworn, and in a unused saleable condition with all the original packaging and labels intact within 7 days. Money will be refunded by the original payment method used when purchased, excluding the original postage charge which is non refundable, within 30 days.
